Shipping Policy
Nicole’s Lantgård
At Nicole’s Lantgård, we carefully prepare and ship each order with attention and care. Please read our shipping policy below for important information regarding delivery methods, shipping times, fees, and damaged goods.
1. Shipping Within Sweden
We offer shipping throughout Sweden.
- Orders over 600 SEK are delivered free of charge to your nearest DHL/DSV pickup point, unless otherwise stated.
- For orders under 600 SEK, a shipping fee of 99 SEK will be added.
- Home delivery is available throughout Sweden for a fixed fee of 500 SEK.
2. Large Items and Pallet Deliveries
Large items are delivered on pallets.
Please note:
- Home delivery is made to the entrance of the property or the ground/lowest floor
- Shipping companies do not carry items into basements, upper floors, or inside the home unless otherwise agreed
- For large pallet deliveries, we strongly recommend that you take photos before unpacking the goods. This is important in case hidden transport damage is discovered
3. Collection from Our Warehouse
You may also choose to collect your order yourself from our warehouse in Byske, Västerbotten.

4. Delivery Times
All delivery times are approximate and begin once payment has been received and approved.
- In-stock items: normally shipped within 2–5 business days
- In some cases, especially for large orders or supplier delays, delivery may take 1–2 weeks
- Some made-to-order, pre-order, or specially sourced items may have longer delivery times, such as 1–7 weeks
If your order contains several items with different delivery times, the goods are generally shipped together once all items have arrived at our warehouse.

For international deliveries, shipping times may be longer due to customs, holidays, local carrier practices, or other factors outside our control.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your shipment.
When your parcel arrives at the pickup point, you will receive a notification by:
- SMS, if you entered a mobile number at checkout
- Email, if no mobile number was provided
Please ensure your contact details are correct when placing your order. Nicole’s Lantgård is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect name, email, phone number, or address details.
6. Address Changes
If you need to change or adjust your delivery address after placing your order, a fee of 349 SEK will apply.
7. Uncollected Packages and Failed Deliveries
If a shipment is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover return shipping and administrative costs:
- The parcel was not collected from the pickup point
- The customer could not be reached using the contact details provided
- The delivery was refused
- Incorrect name, address, phone number, or other contact details were entered
- The customer did not respond to the shipping company’s notification regarding home delivery
Fees for uncollected shipments:
- 1 pallet: 1500 SEK
- Other products: 250 SEK
If the shipping company and the customer have agreed on a delivery day and time, but the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, an additional fee may be charged for a new delivery attempt.
If you have not received notification from the shipping company within one week of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid the shipment being returned.
8. Inspect Your Goods Upon Arrival
Please inspect your goods carefully as soon as they arrive.
- Visible transport damage must be reported directly to the driver upon delivery
- Hidden damage must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the shipment
We recommend that you personally receive and inspect the goods as soon as possible. Claims for shipping damage reported after 7 days cannot be accepted.
9. Damaged Items
In the event that your order arrives damaged, email is the only accepted form of communication for damage claims.

To process a damage claim, you must:
- Take clear photos of the packaging
- Take clear photos of the damaged item
- Send the photos to us by email immediately after receiving the package
We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items if we are not informed promptly.
10. International Shipping
We also ship internationally. Please note:
- Delivery times outside Sweden may be longer
- Delays may occur due to customs, local holidays, or the shipping company’s procedures in the destination country
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers outside Sweden, but we will gladly help facilitate communication when possible
11. Important Information
- All prices on our website are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and include VAT where applicable
- We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information regarding prices, delivery times, and website content
- Product images may not always perfectly reflect the true appearance of the item due to screen settings and photography
- In cases of force majeure, we reserve the right to delay or cancel fulfillment where applicable
